We are offering free postage and packing on all orders from customers in the United Kingdom.

Same-day dispatch

Provided that the relevant product(s) are in stock:

• if you order before 2.30pm from Monday to Friday, we will dispatch your order that day; and
• if you order after 2.30pm, we will despatch it the next day.

This offer does not apply to OS Select customised mapping and Garmin products:

1. Since each OS Select is unique and must be printed to order, we undertake to dispatch orders received before 2.30 pm on the next working day and orders received after 2.30 pm on the day after that.
2. If you order Garmin products from us, we order them especially for you from Garmin and this might mean we cannot despatch them to you for up to five days after we receive your order.

How we send orders

• Orders with a value less than £75 are dispatched by first class Royal Mail – please allow 6 days for delivery within the UK and approximately 10 working days for delivery of orders overseas.
• If the value of your order exceeds £75, we will send it via a courier, who should deliver it within two days to UK addresses.

When purchasing, your basket will show no charge for delivery.
