We offer free postage and packing on all orders from customers in the UK.
Dispatch Times:
Provided that the relevant product(s) are in stock:
- We will dispatch your order the same day If you order before 2.00pm Monday to Friday
- We will dispatch your order the next working day if you order after 2.00pm Monday to Friday
This does not apply to OS Select customised mapping and Garmin products:
- Since each OS Select map is unique and must be printed to order, any maps ordered before 2.00pm will be dispatched next working day. If you order after 2.00pm your order will be dispatched the following working day.
E.G - Order an OS Select map on Monday before 2.00pm it would be dispatched on Tuesday. Order an OS Select map on Monday after 2.00pm and it will be dispatched on Wednesday using your selected delivery option.
- If you order Garmin products from us, we order them especially for you from Garmin and this means we will despatch them to you within five days of receiving your order.
Our Delivery Options
UK Delivery
- Free post via Royal Mail 1st class, can take up to six working days to arrive from the date of dispatch
- Next Day delivery - £6.50. Order before 2.00pm and your order will arrive the next working day, order after 2.00pm and your order will arrive the next working day after that. This does not include Saturday delivery and can take up to 5pm to arrive. Next Day delivery requires a signature. This also does not apply to OS Select or Garmin products.
- Next day delivery before 10.00am - £15.00. Order before 2.00pm and your order will arrive before 10am the next working day. Order after 2.00pm and your order will arrive before 10am the following working day. This does not include Saturday delivery. Next Day before 10:00am delivery requires a signature. This does not apply to OS Select or Garmin products.
- Saturday delivery - £18.00. Your order will be delivered on a Saturday if you ordered it before 2pm on the Friday. This does not apply to OS Select or Garmin products
If the value of your order exceeds £75, we will send it via a courier, who should deliver it within two days from the date of dispatch to UK addresses.
Overseas Delivery
- Europe£3.99, may take up to ten working days to arrive
- Rest of the World £6.95, may take up to ten working days to arrive
